Atlanta, GA. Stayed at the W Midtown Hotel. It was nice. The bar served a very good burger and excellent baked bbq wings. Top Golf provided a fun place to hit golf balls. Miller Union restaurant served the lightest hush puppies I ever ate. A tasty quail dish served over red beets and pureed potatoes. Miller Union’s famous caramel ice cream sandwich was very tasty. Finally a meal at South City Kitchen. Fried green tomatoes were OK. A heavy batter gave them crunch. The fried chicken was very good. But it was served on mashed potatoes and collards surrounded by a moat of broth. The broth was cold. The potatoes got soggy and the crunchy chicken went soft in the liquid. All wrong in plating this dish. Anyway back to the airport – Zuri Hondarabi
