First stop RPM Italian. Excellent food. Meatballs soft as butter. pasta homemade and fresh. The veal chop was feasible. But the ribeye was the best ever. Melted in our mouths. The pistachio tort was the perfect finish. Next Berghoff’s a German landmark. Homemade rye and pumpernickel did not impress. The pretzel rolls were not worth eating. Veal schnitzel was inedible. Off putting taste. The game sausage platter was tasty. Spatzle was good. Would not return to this place. Carmine’s Chophouse on Rush excellent. Best stuffed mushrooms I ever ate. Huge portions. Soft meatballs. shrimp parm amazing! Huge stuffed veal chop. Tender veal cutlets, great fried eggplant salad, huge lobster tail and giant slices of cake. Huge wine by the glass selection. Love Carmine’s. Last dinner was at Rosebud on Rush. Same owner as Carmines. Same food too. Fresh pasta and meatballs were good. Veal chop parm was delicious. A huge piece of Godiva chocolate cake to finish. Not as good as the carmine’s chocolate cake. Last stop was Billy Goat Tavern at the airport. Hamburger and hotdog were throw into the garbage can. Oh well. We were still full from all the great places we ate at on our trip anyway- Tiffany Diamond
