Jimmy The Greek is set back in a shopping strip off Glades Road in Boca Raton. Inside it looks old, disheveled and dirty. The walk to the bathrooms was a turnoff when you see the the rest of the interior layout. The food is lifeless. Lamb chops $25, are four thick cut chops. Nicely grilled but gamey. They need a soak in yogurt overnight to remove that wild scent. Lemon potatoes are bland and dry. Side of vegetables are an insult. Think over cooked grade school cafeteria food. The Athena plate $16.95 is a horrible mix of greasy gyro meat and passionless hunks of dry chicken with a dab of yogurt sauce. Side salads are feasible. Overall not worth another visit or any visit for that matter. – CC
