In a strip mall in Ft Lauderdale this classy high end Italian restaurant delivers quality food and serve at top notch prices. A high class interior with wine bottles encased in glass walled cellars as the center piece. Olives cheese and focaccia bread to take the edge off. Meatballs were light and airy. Sausage was not good. I think it was because it was boiled in tomato sauce with the meatballs making it tasteless as all the oils seeped away. The grilled veal chop $44, in a mushroom sauce was tasty. A large fat cap made it look larger than it was. Yet tender veal. Homemade fettuccine was tasty. The lamb chops were a full portion thick cut. veal chop parmigiana looked like a mess. But my fellow diner polished off down to the bone. Desserts of cannoli, tiramisu and cinnamon ice cream tart all satisfied our sweet teeth. For a high-end Italian restaurant dining experience Casa D’Angelo is a place to visit. No happy hour. But a beautiful classy bar is available to drink at. Free valet parking – Jasmine Rice
